Our Coaching Model is the perfect way for fitness instructors, personal trainers, coaches and anyone else interested in blending their passion for fitness and their professional needs with motherhood. Our Club Model is for women interested in meeting and exercising with other moms with similar needs, but may not feel “skilled” enough to instruct women towards a fitness goal.
